WITH a new year comes endless new TV and film releases, and we've compiled all of the best ones you cannot miss out on over the next week.

Here's all you need to know...
NETFLIX
That ‘90s Show - Available from Thursday
You know you’re getting old when Netflix has started making nostalgic teen sitcoms about an era that doesn’t seem that long ago. Yes, dig out your ripped jeans and Nirvana T-shirt because it’s back to the 90s for a fun and grungy spin-off from classic series That ‘70s Show.
This updated version follows the coming-of-age adventures of smart and cynical teenager Leia Forman (Callie Haverda), the daughter of Eric and Donna (Topher Grace and Laura Prepon) from That ‘70s Show.
It’s 1995, and when Leia pays a summer visit to her grandparents, Red and Kitty (played once again by Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp), she quickly bonds with the latest generation of Point Place kids, including too-cool-for-school Gwen (Ashley Aufderheide) and handsome Jay (Mace Coronel), son of That ‘70s Show’s Michael and Jackie (who were played, of course, by Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis).
With a cosily classic American studio sitcom feel, plus plenty of on-the-nose detail and jokes about the pop culture of the era, the series has enough charm to keep teens and those of a certain vintage entertained.
And if anyone still holds a special place in their heart for the original show, fear not, there’s also some exciting guest appearances from Topher and Laura, and Mila and Ashton along the way.
Bank Of Dave - Available from Monday
A feel-good drama based on an inspiring true story, this film stars Rory Kinnear (The Imitation Game) as Dave Fishwick, a working-class Burnley man and self-made millionaire who fought to set up a community bank to help local businesses (his name probably sounds familiar thanks to a C4 documentary back in 2012).
Most read in TV
It's a David v Goliath battle which sees Dave take on the closed world of London's elitist financial institutions, ultimately being awarded the first new banking license to be issued in over 100 years. Co-starring Bridgerton's Phoebe Dynevor and Cruella's Joel Fry, you can bank on this film having plenty of uplifting, punch-the-air moments.
Fauda - Available from Friday
Highly acclaimed across the world, this tense Israeli thriller is back for a much-anticipated fourth series. Set amidst the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the political drama focuses on the Israeli Military Unit nicknamed ‘Duvdevan', which is Hebrew for 'cherry.'
Its co-creator and star Lior Raz served in the real-life unit, which specialises in covert infiltration inside Palestinian neighbourhoods.
This time, the action spans Lebanon, Jenin, Brussels and Ramla, and if you enjoy shows like Homeland and 24 then you'll love this high-octane game of cat and mouse.
Lior's also recently hinted that a Fauda film may be happening. With subtitles.

The Little Demon - Available from Wednesday
From the creator of Rick And Morty comes this darkly comic adult animation, featuring the voices of Danny DeVito and Aubrey Plaza (The White Lotus).
Thirteen years after being impregnated by Satan (Danny), Laura (Aubrey) and her Antichrist daughter Chrissy are living an ordinary life in Delaware, but there are monstrous forces - including Satan - who want custody of Chrissy's soul. Wildly inventive and definitely not for kids, the talented cast also includes Danny's daughter Lucy DeVito as Chrissy, plus his wife Rhea Perlman (Cheers) guest stars.
Other guest voices belong to Mel Brooks, Patrick Wilson, Michael Shannon and Danny's Twins co-star Arnold Schwarzenegger.
NCIS - Available from Wednesday
Season 20 of the unstoppable American police procedural is here, and there's no more Gibbs (Mark Harmon) in the opening credits.
All the other special agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service are present and correct, though Alden Parker (Gary Cole, The Good Fight ) and his paranormal investigator ex-wife Vivian are on the run after Parker's corrupt ex-partner was found dead.
Can his colleagues find the real culprit and clear their boss's name? Excitingly, this series opener gives you extra NCIS bang for your buck, as it concludes with an NCIS: Hawaii crossover event.
Big Sky: Deadly Trails - finale episode on Wednesday
The third season of this moreish and murderous crime drama from David E. Kelley (Big Little Lies, Ally McBeal) comes to a dramatic climax, with Jenny (Katheryn Winnick) and Beau (Jensen Ackles) determined to bring the Bleeding Heart Killer to justice.
Their desperation is only increased by the fact that the lives of Beau’s daughter Emily and good old Denise are on the line. Meanwhile, Sunny (played by country music legend Reba McEntire) makes a brave and bold decision that will have huge repercussions for her family.

Sex Lives Of College Girls - Available from Thursday
Doing exactly what it says on the tin, this returning campus comedy (the first season aired on ITV2 last year) explores the sexually active lifestyles of Kimberly, Bela, Leighton and Whitney, four college roommates at the fictional Essex college in Vermont.
Season two's a more light-hearted affair, with no predatory lecturers this time and the addition of a subplot about an all-male strip club.
Created by Mindy Kaling (Never Have I Ever) and Justin Noble (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) and featuring a likeable core quartet, it's a horny and humorous sex-positive comedy for a new generation which owes a debt to Sex And The City.

The Price Of Glee - Available from Monday
From the moment it exploded on to our screens in 2009, US musical drama Glee was a smash hit, catapulting its young cast to international fame almost overnight, but the huge success of the six-season show came at a cost - from scandals to fatal tragedies.
This three-part docuseries tells the story of the show’s darker side, revealing the pressures that the cast - which included the likes of Lea Michele and Kevin McHale - experienced.
Featuring interviews with friends and relatives, including people close to the late Cory Monteith, who died from an overdose at just 31, it’s a sobering examination of the negative sides of superstardom.
PARAMOUNT+
Mayor of Kingstown - Available from Monday
Jeremy Renner (Avengers: Endgame) returns as prison power-broker Mike McLusky in this hard-hitting crime drama from Yellowstone creator Tyler Sheridan.
Following last season’s dramatic prison riot climax, Mike is struggling to keep the peace between prisoners and those who watch over them, while banged-up mob boss Milo (Aiden Gillen) is continuing to cause trouble.
While not a show that's big on laughs, it's well-acted - the top-notch cast also includes Academy Award-winner Diane Wiest as McLusky matriarch Miriam - gritty and dark with violent power struggles galore.
